Partner Yoga: $15 per person, $20 per pair
Bring a friend or come alone!
Come experience the therapeutic qualities of partner yoga- using bodyweight and personal assists to find new depth, mentally and physically, in your yoga practice.
No prior experience or partner necessary!
Class will begin with a solo warm up, work into partner postures with varying options for levels beginner to advanced, and finish with a solo cool down.
Have time to stick around? Can't make it to class but want to come play? Class will be followed by a FREE flexible and casual Acro Yoga Jam Session from 4:15-5:30PM.
You will be offered Acro tools and tips from Lauren and freedom to PLAY!
*Expect deep stretches, connection, trust, fun, and deep belly laughter. Come with a willingness to play, try new things, and let go!*

Level 2/3 Yoga with Lauren!
Monday May 15, 7pm (in lieu of Mettle)
Come dive deeper into the more advanced side of the practice, mentally and physically! Emphasis is placed on releasing fear, laughing when you fall, and staying joyful while learning to fly. A lighthearted spirit is highly encouraged :) Lauren will give you the tools to learn to balance on your head and your hands, as well as helping you stay safe in your practice and build strength.
This class is open level, though students who are balancing in Crow and comfortable in Dolphin will get the most from this intermediate-advanced practice.
