Happy Valentine's Weekend at LIFT Athletic! Join Jen and Lauren for a fun partner class that begins with a solo warm up, leading into fun and lighthearted partner postures, and finishes with a wonderful solo cool down. Be prepared for deep stretches, a good amount of sweat, and deep belly laughs! This is NOT a couples class- feel free to bring a friend, significant other, or come alone and find your friend at LIFT! We LOVE yoga and our LIFTers and cannot wait to share this joyful partner practice with all of you!

Valentine's Hip Hop Vinyasa!

Come celebrate Valentine's weekend with a lively, energetic hip hop flow to hip hop/pop/R&B tunes from the 80s, 90s, and today! All levels welcome, come prepared to sweat, smile, and have the time of your yogi life!
Yoga Foundations with Dana and Lauren!
Join Dana and Lauren for this specialty workshop where we will dive into yoga history (why DO we practice?), learn about proper alignment, as well as how to refine your practice if you are a seasoned yogi! This will be a fun and engaging workshop that is open to all levels and highly recommended for beginners.

Goddess Yoga with Lauren!
Join our very own Lauren, Goddess Yoga Lifestyle teacher, Goddess Yoga class at LIFT Athletic Friday, February 12th at 7pm! Goddess Yoga is a women's empowering form of yoga that combines yoga postures, dance movement therapy, and essential oils designed to awaken the divine energy (kundalini) in our lower chakras thus allowing life-force energy (Prana) to flow through us freely. Goddess Yoga is really a movement towards accepting loving ourselves as women. Come join Lauren for this invigorating, lively flow for ladies and allow yourself to be free in your movement and open in mind, body, and soul!
